Proposal for Creating a Comfortable Exhibition Environment for CFDF
Dear exhibit producers:
The 111th China Food & Drinks Fair (“the 111th CFDF”) will be held in Shenzhen International Convention and Exhibition Center in October 29th to 31st, 2024..
The specialized and internationalized development of CFDF has brought about a greatly improved trading environment. However, irregular behaviors such as loud noise, advertising board parade, and random posting of advertising materials in public places, are hindering the further improvement of the CFDF. To build the CFDF into a quiet, orderly, harmonious and comfortable trading and exhibition platform, we, as exhibit producers, are obliged to improve the transaction quality and create a sound trading environment. For this reason, we have jointly issued the following proposal in line with the normative requirements of the permanent organization of CFDF over the years:
1. Do not use power amplifiers or other amplification devices to reduce noise and display peacefully;
2. Do not use mobile promotional forms such as sign parades and body advertisements;
3. Not organizing performance activities that affect the order of the exhibition;
4. Reject harmful advertisements and promotional methods that harm social morality;
5. Not exceeding the scope of the exhibit list and conforming to the category of exhibits in the exhibition area;
